2026 Dues are $1100 plus $100 for Neighborhood Cleanup, for a total of $1200, if paid in full by 1/8/26.
The $100 can be 'earned back' by helping on Neighborhood Cleanup Day. Paying in full includes an earlybird savings!
For those choosing to pay their dues in installments, the first payment of $550 is due on 1/8/26; $425 due on 5/1/26 and $425 due on 9/1/26.
Late fee of 10% will be applied to overdue payments
