Purchaser Information Booklet and Updated By-Laws

Original homeowners received a black binder, "Purchaser Information Booklet," from the developer, Beech-Goddard, LLC. This booklet contains information such as the Master Deed, By-Laws, Articles of Incorpoation, and so much more. When the homeowners assumed the responsibility of the Association from the developer, the By-Laws were updated.
