At this time we accept checks and money orders made payable to Cove Creek Estates. Cash is also accepted. We currently are NOT accepting any forms of electroinic payment. The "earlybird" 2024 dues are $750 plus $100 (which you can earn back during neighborhood cleanup day), for a total of $850 if paid in full by Friday, January 5, 2024. For those who choose to pay monthly, the dues will be $850 plus $100 (which you can earn back during neighborhood cleanup day), for a total of $798.16 if paid in full on the 1st of each month. Dues not received by the 1st of the month will have a 10% late fee. Dues can be sent to PO Box 291, Taylor, MI 48180 or left in the mailbox at 11370 Cove Creek Court. If leaving payment in the mailbox, please let Lia know so that it can be retreived in a timely manner.
