The 'earlybird' 2024 dues will be $750 plus $100 (which you can earn back during neighbor cleanups), for a total of $850 if paid in full by Friday, January 5, 2024.  This saves you $100!

For those who choose to pay monthly, the dues will be $850 plus $100 (which you can earn back during neighborhood cleanups), for a total of $79.16 monthly if paid by the 1st of each month.  Monthly payments made after the 1st of the month are subject to a 10% late fee, making the amound due $87.07.
